RBAP has been listed as a public-finance practice in the Red Book since its founding in 1991 and our attorney have more than 130 years of public finance experience. RBAP has served as bond, issuer’s, borrower’s, disclosure or underwriter’s counsel in connection with numerous public finance transactions.
Our attorneys have represented various issuers of public debt, including municipalities, housing finance corporations and water districts. We also have comprehensive knowledge of tax anticipation, revenue anticipation and bond anticipation notes, as well as letters of credit, master indentures and tax credit offerings.
Because we have experience representing all parties in a public finance transaction, we provide broad expertise on all public finance-related matters—not only at the planning and issuance stage, but also long after the transaction has closed.
