We serve public and private parties conducting business in the public law arena, including municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, regional water suppliers, emergency services districts, cities and all other forms of special districts.
We serve municipal utility districts, cities, emergency services districts, developers and non-profit corporations across the State of Texas. Our Clients hail from every region of Texas, from the Piney Woods of East Texas to the Plains of West Texas, and from the Gulf Coast to the Metroplex.
Currently, RBAP represents over 70 municipal utility districts, emergency services districts and other special districts, authorities and utilities as general counsel, special counsel and bond counsel.
RBAP has been listed as a public-finance practice in the Red Book since its founding in 1987 and our attorneys have more than 135 years of public finance experience. RBAP has served as bond, issuer’s, borrower’s, disclosure or underwriter’s counsel in connection with numerous public finance transactions.
RBAP represents sellers and purchasers, landlords and tenants, and contractors and owners in a very broad range of general real estate matters, including residential, multifamily and commercial transactions- both simple and complex. Our attorneys have extensive experience in handling real estate matters.
